Our approach is to understand the
needs of our clients better than anyone else, and then
translate that understanding into a specific transition
and service delivery plan that most effectively meets
your needs.
Staff Model:
This is the most commonly used
approach for building an enduring competitive advantage.
Our staff works on an ongoing basis as a part or your
core service delivery team that is comprised of your
in-house staff and off-shore GlobalStep personnel. You
interact directly with the GlobalStep staff assigned to
your team on a day to day basis.
Additionally, a GlobalStep service leader will work
with you to ensure that the service delivery process
is working to your full satisfaction on a continuous
basis. The service leader provides on-site direction
to the GlobalStep staff and is responsible for
coordinating their efforts in fully meeting or
exceeding your expectations.
Project Model:
Work is assigned to GlobalStep
staff on a project basis. This model enables you to
undertake projects that require greater people resources
than you may have available on a full time basis. It
also enables you to expand your bandwidth during busy
times without having to add full time resources or
forego the opportunity to meet your client needs due to
resource constraints.
Our staff undertakes an entire project or specific
components of a project so that you may meet the needs
of your clients in a timely manner.
Tax work for accounting firms during busy season is
an example of this model.
