GlobalStep's founder and CEO, Gagan Ahluwalia is a former U.S. Corporate Finance and Litigation Support Partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and a Senior Managing Director in its publicly traded successor firm FTI Consulting.

In addition to being a U.S. CPA, Gagan Ahluwalia is also a chartered accountant from India. With an 18-year professional career in the U.S. and having spent his formative professional years in India, Mr. Ahluwalia brings a unique insight and perspective to GlobalStep, which influences the firm's understanding of the markets it serves, and its ability to meet and exceed expectations through service delivery from India.

Mr. Ahluwalia has a strong functional expertise in the services provided by GlobalStep and deep industry knowledge of the markets it serves. He has successfully delivered GlobalStep's suite of services to customers during his U.S. career and fully understands the needs of our clients.

Gagan has institutionalized his capability and understanding into the very fabric of GlobalStep through a thoughtful and deliberate approach to our firm's values, culture and comprehensive training programs.
